Refund Policy:

❖ Everlasting Garden will do its best to provide the “freshest” arrangement, appropriately prepared silks or botanicals suitably designed according to the customer’s request. It is our policy that if for any reason the customer or recipient is unhappy with their flowers, upon return of that arrangement, we would replace it with a fresh or new one. The customer must contact us and request with 24 to 48 hours. If we failed to meet the customer’s expectations and a fresh or new replacement arrangement is not acceptable, we will refund the cost of the flowers expediently. Please forward any questions or concerns to Chrystal as soon as possible.
