Delivery & Pickup Policy:

• Arrangements for delivery require a $50.00 minimum unless the recipient is within 2 miles of Studio or Bloom (no minimum); there is a $15.00 delivery fee for Portsmouth, $20.00 for Norfolk & Chesapeake and $25.00 fee for Virginia Beach and Suffolk; There is no arrangement minimum for deliveries to Care Homes or Rehabilitation Center. During tedious and delicate time of need, We strive to be of assistance as needed; it is our policy to call and confirm Memorials and Funeral Services to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

• We offer same day delivery if order is placed by 11:00 AM or by 12 Noon; this practice can be modified at the discretion of the owner; there may be an additional charge for timed and AM deliveries or those which distances exceed 20 miles in each direction

• We proudly service Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk and limited areas of Hampton and Newport News. Delivery fees vary according to location and travel time.

• Custom Florals can be prepared and ready for pickup at Bloom Market during business hours and at an agreed time with the Floral Designer/ Bloom staff; Customer can arrange to pay at Bloom, by invoice or on website.
